Splintpod Stripes is a patented footstepish rail with a multiform -adjustable construction, which was specially developed for the requirements in postoperative and post -traumatic care.

Thanks to the individually adaptable elements, the rail can be optimally adapted to the respective foot anatomy and the healing process - even in the event of changes such as swelling of the foot in the course of the therapy.

Thanks to the short application period, SPLINTPOD stripes is ideal for rapid use in the emergency room and for the later self -application by the patient in the outpatient area.

Indications

• Postoperative immobilization of the foot and ankle
• Distribution of the ankle (OSG)
• Post -traumatic storage for soft tissue injuries or fractures
• To relieve the Achilles tendon (e.g. in Achillodynia, tendinitis, ruptures)
• After tape injuries or reconstructions on the ankle
• Storage in edema and swelling of the foot or lower leg
• Prevention of pointed foot formation in immobilized patients
• Use in emergency care for temporary stabilization
• Preparation for further operational or conservative measures
