Delivery & Shipping
Our products are shipped reliably via Swiss Post.
You can choose between the following shipping methods:
- B Mail: Delivery on the second working day after receipt of order.
- A Mail: Next working day delivery
- Swiss-Express "Moon": Delivery on the next working day by approx. 9:00 a.m.
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched as quickly as possible to ensure that your products arrive safely and on time.
A Mail: 10.00 CHF
B Mail: 8.00 CHF
Swiss-Express "Moon: 23.00 CHF
All orders with a value of CHF 250 or more are delivered postage-free throughout Switzerland (express deliveries or bulky goods excluded).
For express or bulky goods shipments, the corresponding additional costs will be invoiced.
Orders received by 16:00 on weekdays are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.
No, we do not charge any minimum order quantities or small quantity surcharges. Postage costs are waived for orders over CHF 250.
All our parcels automatically receive a tracking code.
If you order via our web store, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation including the tracking code.
Returning products
Products can be returned in the following cases:
- If there is a manufacturing defect or unsuitable material has been used, we undertake to replace the goods as quickly as possible.
- Unsuitable or erroneously ordered standard items will be taken back subject to the following conditions:
(a) Returns will only be accepted after prior consultation.
b) Returns will only be accepted if accompanied by the following returns form accepted.
c) Products must be unworn and without signs of use/odor or defects.
d) Products must be returned in undamaged original packaging including all package inserts.
