BraceID Expert OA Knee Brace is an orthopaedic device that provides support and pain relief for patients with unicompartmental osteoarthritis of the knee.
This orthosis is used in the patient's daily life to relieve pain in the knee. The activity level can vary from low to medium.
At the level of the joint, the angle of the varus/valgus position in the knee can be increased or decreased to regulate the pressure and relieve the painful joint head.
Features and benefits
Flexible thigh and calf cuffs limit sizing to only 1 version for left and 1 for right. The lightweight format and low profile of the brace allow the orthosis to be worn unhindered. The single hinge on the lateral side does not cause any discomfort on the inside of the knee. You can treat both medial and lateral knee pain with this orthosis. Varus and valgus knee corrections are adjusted quickly and easily with the Q-hinge screw. The click buckles make it easy to put on and take off the orthosis once the straps are correctly adjusted.
