Comfort and function
The DONJOY 4Titude is a highly stable frame orthosis for secure guidance and stabilization of the knee joint in the event of ligament instability or after injuries. Thanks to the proven 4-point principle, it ensures effective control of joint movement and relieves strain on damaged structures. The polycentric joint ensures physiological guidance of the knee throughout the entire movement sequence.

The orthosis offers an adjustable movement limitation with flexion stop at 20°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 75° and 90° as well as extension stop at 0°, 10°, 20°, 30° and 40° in order to individually adapt the mobility to the therapeutic requirements.

The anatomically pre-shaped, torsion-resistant flat frame made of aircraft aluminum guarantees maximum stability and low weight. Thanks to the easily adjustable frame, the orthosis can be optimally shaped to the individual leg contour and is extremely comfortable to wear - even under clothing.

Ideal for active patients who rely on reliable stability and freedom of movement despite ligament instability or after operations.
