Comfort and function
The DONJOY® ROAM™ OA is a modern, lightweight knee orthosis for relief and stabilization in medial or lateral gonarthrosis (osteoarthritis of the knee joint). With its ultra-flat profile, it can be worn discreetly under clothing while providing effective biomechanical relief to the affected compartment.
The innovative belt system of the orthosis uses a targeted pulling mechanism to provide noticeable pressure relief on the opposite side of the knee. The dynamic straps avoid skin contact in the sensitive back of the knee and ensure the highest level of comfort - even during prolonged use.
The flexible, adjustable cuffs nestle ergonomically on the thigh and calf, offer secure support and reliably guide the knee in movement. The orthotic joint is always located in the affected compartment, which achieves targeted relief and physiological guidance of the knee joint.

- Moderate to severe unicompartmental gonarthrosis
- Postoperative meniscal repairs when unicompartmental release is indicated
