Indications:

• Osteoarthritis of the radial carpus
• Ulnar collateral ligament lesion of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb
• Painful changes in the scaphoid bone
• Radial instability of the wrist
• Peripheral radial nerve paralysis with drop hand and lack of abduction ability of the thumb
