Comfort and function
Specially developed for ideal stabilization and partial immobilization of the thumb using appropriate plastic splints. The remaining fingers of the hand remain freely movable. The support of the thumb can be adjusted with a long or short thumb splint. The spacer mesh fabric of the D-RING wrist support is latex-free and temperature-regulating. The inside of the support is pleasantly soft, padded and has a pull-on aid. This not only ensures a high level of comfort, but also makes the support easy to put on. The lightweight, anatomically pre-shaped aluminum splint can easily be individually adjusted if necessary.

Indications

• Osteoarthritis of the radial carpus
• Ulnar collateral ligament lesion of the metacarpophalangeal joint of the thumb
• Painful changes in the scaphoid bone
• Radial instability of the wrist peripheral radial nerve paralysis with drop hand and lack of abduction of the thumb
