Comfort and function
The aluminum splint reliably protects the injured finger and is radiolucent (60 kV / 5 mAs) - an advantage during diagnostic examinations without having to remove the splint. The 5 mm thick, antibacterial foam padding provides comfortable cushioning and hygienic safety.
The breathable material makes the splint comfortable to wear; however, contact with liquids should be avoided as the foam absorbs moisture.
