Comfort and function
The SplintPod foot support splint has been specially developed to meet the requirements of post-operative and post-traumatic care. Thanks to its sophisticated design, it can be quickly and individually adapted to the patient's anatomy and healing process - even in the event of a reduction in swelling or other changes.

Ideally suited for clinical use in the emergency room as well as for subsequent self-application by the patient.

Indications

• Post-operative immobilization of the foot and ankle joint
• Post-traumatic positioning for soft tissue injuries or fractures
• To relieve pressure on the Achilles tendon (e.g. achillodynia, tendinitis, ruptures)
• After ligament injuries or reconstructions to the ankle joint
• Support for edema and swelling of the foot or lower leg
• Prevention of sprained foot formation in immobilized patients
• Use in emergency care for temporary stabilization
• Preparation for further surgical or conservative measures
