Comfort and function
The padded splint is used to immobilize the fingers in the event of fractures. The aluminum splint provides stable support for the injured finger and is radiolucent (60 kV, 5 mAs). To ensure functionality, contact with liquids should be avoided as the breathable material absorbs them.
